WHEN IS THE MONEY WITHDRAWN?

According to current rules on online payments via credit card payment is made when the products are shipped.

DELIVERY

Delivery time is usually in between 2-6 working days. Products are shipped to the the address stated in your order. We ship our products via Post Nord or freight. For orders above 50€ shipping is free of charge. For orders below 50€ the shipping fee is 8€.

CUSTOMER INFORMATION

To send your products, please provide name, address and e-mail. Customer information is disclosed and not sold to third parties. Customer information will only be used for marketing if accepted by the customer.

COMPLAINTS

There is 24 months warranty on products when products are not opened. However, there is 6 months warranty on our products from the time you open and start using the product. If you have any complaints about the products received from Beauheit.com please contact Unique Products ApS via email or phone. You will be asked to return the product(s) in question and we will send a new/new product(s) or refund the price of the product(s).
