1. Company Information

2. Payment

All prices are stated in EUR including VAT. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Visa, Mastercard
  • Apple Pay & Google Pay
  • PayPal, SHOP
    The amount will only be debited from your card when the goods are dispatched from our warehouse. A larger amount than what you approved at the time of purchase can never be withdrawn.

3. Security

We use an approved payment server that encrypts all your card information with SSL (Secure Socket Layer) / TLS protocol. This means that your information cannot be read by others. We do not store your card details ourselves.

4. Delivery

We deliver to addresses in Denmark and the EU. Expected delivery time is 2-10 business days (depending on delivery address).

  • We ship via GLS, UPS, PostNord, or carrier.
  • Free Shipping: On orders over 60 EUR.
  • Shipping Fee: For orders under 60 EUR, a fee of 10 EUR (or equivalent) will be added.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation)

As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when you shop with us. The period expires 14 days after the day you received your goods.

  • Notification: You must notify us via email at info@unique-products.dk if you wish to withdraw from your purchase. You may also use the standard withdrawal form at the bottom of these terms.
  • Returns: You must send your order back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs associated with the return.
  • Condition of the item and Depreciation: You are liable for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.
  • Exception (Sealed Goods): As we sell skincare and cosmetic products, the right of withdrawal is forfeited if you break the seal/plumbing on the product. For health and hygiene reasons, sealed goods are not suitable for return once the seal is broken.

6. Warranty and Right of Complaint

When you shop with us as a consumer, the rules of the Danish Sale of Goods Act (Købeloven) apply. This means you have a 24-month right of complaint.

  • What is covered: If the product has a defect (e.g., faulty packaging, a defective pump, or if the product was damaged upon receipt), you can either have the item exchanged, your money back, or a reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.
  • Limitations for Cosmetics: The right of complaint is limited by the product's natural shelf life. You cannot complain about defects caused by incorrect storage (e.g., direct sunlight or extreme heat) or if the product has exceeded its natural shelf life after opening (refer to the PAO icon on the packaging).
  • Timeline: You must complain within a "reasonable time" after discovering the defect. Complaints made within two months of discovery are always considered timely. Contact us at info@unique-products.dk regarding complaints.

7. Privacy Policy (GDPR)

We require the following information when you shop with us: Name, address, phone number, and email address. We register and disclose the personal data necessary to deliver the goods to you (e.g., to GLS or PostNord).
Personal data is registered with Unique Products ApS and stored for five years, after which the information is deleted in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act. You always have the right to be informed about which information we process about you.

8. Complaints and Disputes

If you wish to complain about your purchase, please contact info@unique-products.dk. If we cannot reach a solution, you can submit a complaint to:
